I had an amazing stay at the Bintan Spa Villa Resort! The private pool villa was incredible, boasting stunning sea views and a very clean environment. The staff were exceptionally helpful, making our getaway even more relaxing. However, the dining experience fell short during our candlelight dinner, where the main course was overcooked without any service recovery. Overall, a fantastic spot to unwind, but there are some areas that could be improved.
